FAQ:

Question#1. I want to participate in the event but don’t have cycle(s).
Answer: You can pre book the rental of the cycle(s) by dropping an email mentioning the registration number/Cycle Size(S/M/L) at support@fitom.in or WhatsApp/Call at 8800195677 upto 4 days prior to the event.  The charges for the same are:

• INR 500/- per cycle for Dwarka & New Delhi based events (to be paid in advance)
• INR 1000/- for Gurgaon/ Noida/ Ghaziabad/Faridabad based events (to be paid in advance)

Rental Inclusions

• Helmet & Safety Light is included in the rental; however, customer can bring their own helmet of they wish so.

Documents Required

• Original ID (Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/ Driving License/any other Government ID)

Security Deposit (Refundable)

• 2000/- per cycle to be paid at the time of the event

Rental Duration

• Only for the duration of the event

Pick Up & Drop

• Cycles (if pre booked) can be picked up from the Cycleworx.in Kiosk @ Event venue 15 minutes prior to the start of the event
• Cycles post completion of the ride needs to be returned to the Cycleworx.in Kiosk

Standard Rental Conditions

• Cycle is given on rent on as-is basis and any damage apart from standard wear & tear will be recovered by Cycleworx.in from the security deposit.

Question#2: What will happen if my cycle gets punctured/unusable while the event is going on.
Answer: Participants can get their tube replaced and basic repair done at the Cycleworx.in kiosk. However kindly note that only minor repair work can be done at the Kiosk and in case of major repair, cycle will have to be bought to the Cycleworx.in workshop for further services.

Question#3. I am going to bring my cycle in dis-assembled condition and would like a professional help in assembling
Answer. Assembling & Disassembling of the cycle by professional technician will be available @ Cycleworx.in kiosk at the event venue @ price of INR 1000/-. This includes removal and assembly of the bike from the bike box/case or from the vehicle and wrapping of the cycle with protective layer (polythene) and/or bubble wrap while dis-assembling and packing in the box/case. Kindly note that participants need to come 1 hour before event start time so as to avoid last minute rush.

Question#4: I will be assembling my cycle myself, would I be getting a professional help in basic cycle tune-up
Answer: Our technician would be providing the basic cycle tune-up at the Cycleworx.in kiosk. Kindly note that this is a first cum first serve basis service and hence would be needing cooperation from the participants. It is requested that participants need to come 45 minutes before event start time to avoid last minute rush.

Question#5: I need to get my cycle serviced/repaired before the event so that I am event ready.
Answer: Participants can get their cycles serviced/repaired @ Special discount of 15% by showing the registration details @ Cycleworx.in workshop @ Vardhman Dwarka Plaza, G-5, Sector 10 Dwarka, New Delhi, Delhi 110075  ( https://g.page/cycleworx-in?share ).
